Return and Refund Policy

At Ribbonwala, we are dedicated to providing high-quality customized products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be accepted.

All our products are made to order, and many of them are fully customized as per your instructions. Because of this, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a clear issue with the product as outlined below.

Customized Products

Customized products are made specifically based on the details you provide. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized items unless there is damage, defect, or an error on our part.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will offer a replacement or refund. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect must be provided. The product must remain unused and in its original condition, apart from the reported issue.

If the customization does not match the details you submitted with your order, such as incorrect text, color, or design, we will offer a replacement or refund. Notification must be made within 7 days of delivery along with proof of purchase and photo evidence. The product must be unused and returned in its original state.

Non-Customized Products

For products that are not customized, we accept returns and offer refunds if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please email us at ribbonwala@hotmail.com within the applicable time window. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the product if applicable. Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly customized items, we will cover 50 percent of the return shipping cost. For returns related to non-customized products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and complete our inspection, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. If your request is denied, we will share a clear explanation for the decision.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only provided for defective, damaged, or incorrectly customized products. If you would like to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at ribbonwala@hotmail.com with your order details and issue description.
